White Star Line Silver Plate Tray Circa 1910 Probably RMS Olympic

White Star Line Silver Plate Tray Circa 1910 Probably RMS Olympic This is a large silver plated salver from the White Star Line company. It has a gadroon border with the White Star Line Flag in an engraved circle to the centre. To the reverse it is stamped Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Company, 112 Regent Street. It is also stamped with the White Star Line flag and the Rd451002 registration number. One source I have read says this pattern was exclusive to the RMS Olympic.

Dimensions The tray has a diameter of 17 ½ inches (44.5cm) and a depth of ¼ of an inch (2cm). Condition The tray is fairly tarnished and has a few areas of wear and a few scratches to the reverse. One edge is slightly bent out of shape. Please refer to the images.
